Ingredienti

150 ml di latte di soia

300 g di farina

20 g lievito

40 g di zucchero di canna

1/2 cucchiaino di sale

70 gr di margarina

Granella di zucchero

Procedimento

1.Riscalda il latte (deve essere tiepido) e uniscilo al lievito e ad 1 cucchiaino di zucchero, e attendi una decina di minuti affinché si attivi il lievito.

2.Unisci la farina, lo zucchero rimasto e il sale in una ciotola abbastanza grande fai una fontana e versa al centro latte e lievito insieme alla margarina. Impasta tutto fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio ed elastico.

3.Copri L’impasto con un canovaccio umido e lascia lievitare finché non raddoppia.

4.Una volta lievitato dividi L’impasto in tre parti uguali crea dei filoni ed intrecciali.

5.Metti la treccia in uno stampo da plum-cake e lascialo lievitare per circa 1 ora.

6.Preriscalda il forno a 180 ° C spennella la treccia con del latte aggiungi la granella d zucchero e cuoci per 40 minuti.
