Biscotti alla farina d’avena al cioccolato
La mia ricetta preferita per i biscotti alla farina d’avena, perfettamente morbidi e chewy, facile da preparare e piena di sapori: cannella, farina d’avena alle quali puoi aggiungere a tuo gusto uvetta, gocce di cioccolato o noci, a seconda di ciò che più desideri!
I biscotti alla farina d’avena al cioccolato sono semplicissimi da realizzare e sono necessari davvero pochi ingredienti.
Dolci e arricchiti con gocce di cioccolato, i biscotti hanno una consistenza adatta sia ad essere sgranocchiati da soli che accompagnati a una bevanda .
Questi biscotti si possono conservare a lungo, sia all’interno di una scatola di latta che in un contenitore a chiusura ermetica, mantenendo la loro originaria fragranza.
Ingredienti per i biscotti alla farina d’avena al cioccolato:
Innanzitutto, alcune note sugli ingredienti per preparare dei deliziosi biscotti di farina d’avena:
Burro: ho usato di primissima qualità.
Zucchero di canna : questa ricetta è addolcita con zucchero di canna.
Uovo: per legare insieme tutti gli ingredienti.
Estratto di vaniglia: assicuratevi di utilizzare l’estratto di vaniglia puro o i semi della bacca di vaniglia per un sapore migliore.
Avena: questa ricetta richiede l’utilizzo di fiocchi d’avena, che,grazie alla sua consistenza, renderà i biscotti piacevolmente morbidi.
Cannella: Adoro i biscotti di farina d’avena aromatizzati alla cannella, ma sentitevi liberi di aggiungere le spezie che più vi piacciono.
Ingredienti aggiuntivi opzionali: Potete di aggiungere un po ‘di uvetta o mirtilli rossi secchi o altra frutta secca tritata, gocce di cioccolato, noci tritate, etc.
Ingredienti per i biscotti alla farina d’avena al cioccolato:
Fiocchi D’avena 160 g
Farina 00 80 g
Zucchero Di Canna 120 g
Burro 100 g
Uovo 1
Bicarbonato 1/2 cucchiaino
Cannella 1 cucchiaino
Sale Fino 1 pizzico
Gocce Di Cioccolato 200 g
Come preparare i biscotti alla farina d’avena al cioccolato:
Unite gli ingredienti secchi. Unite l’avena (che a vostro piacimento potete tritare grossolanamente), la farina, la cannella, il sale e il bicarbonato di sodio in una terrina media e mescolate.
Mescolate gli ingredienti umidi. In una ciotola grande separata , con un robot da cucina o uno sbattitore elettrico ,lavorate il burro ammorbidito e lo zucchero di canna e mescolate a velocità medio-alta fino a quando il composto diventa è leggero e spumoso.
Aggiungete l’uovo e l’estratto di vaniglia e sbattete a velocità media fino a quando non saranno tutti mescolati bene.
Aggiungete gli ingredienti secchi Aggiungete la miscela di ingredienti secchi a quelli umidi finché no saranno completamente mescolati ed infine aggiungete le gocce di cioccolato.
Raffreddate l’impasto. Trasferite l’impasto in un contenitore per alimenti e mettetelo n frigorifero per almeno 1-2 ore finché non si raffredda.
Preparate i biscotti. Riscaldate il forno a 180 ° C e foderate una teglia con carta da forno , formate delle palline con l’impasto e disponetele lasciando dello spazio sulla teglia, visto che lieviteranno.
Infornate. Cuocete per 10-12 minuti o fino a quando i biscotti saranno leggermente dorati sui bordi e al centro.
